The Immigration Legal Services include:

• An initial 30-minute telephonic Legal Advice Consultation; additional consultations may be offered on a case-by-case basis if needed.

After a 5-key-point form(s) review, Signature will send to your home a neatly prepared package ready to be filed via USPS Priority Mail® (at no extra cost) that includes:

• Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application;
• Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transaction (you can use this form if you want to pay the USCIS filing fees with a credit card);
• Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative;
• Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary;
• Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, if applicable;
• Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status and Supplement A if necessary;
• Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and a list of Doctors in your area  (you must take this form to the Authorized Civil Surgeon’s Office for completion at the time of your medical examination);
• Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization;
• Form I-864, Affidavit of Support;
• Personalized cover letter to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services;
• Table of Contents and exhibit tab separators;
• Detailed but simple instructions on how to finalize the completion of your package and to mail your package to USCIS; and
• Mailing label with the correct USCIS mailing address to mail your finalized package.

After receiving the package from Signature, you are responsible for mailing the completed and signed forms, evidence, and required filing fees directly to USCIS. Signature DOES NOT do that for you.

Here is the breakdown of the USCIS filing fees if you file all the forms together + other required and/or applicable costs:

* add an additional $1,000 ONLY if filing under §245(i) using Form I-485 Supp A.

Signature’s Form Preparation Service fees DO NOT include USCIS filing fees, biometric service fees or any other fees to be paid to the government. Any fee intended for the government is a separate fee and must be paid at the Client’s expense directly to USCIS.  Signature does not do that for you.

You may pay the USCIS filing fees with a money order, personal check, cashier’s check, or by credit card. If you pay by check or money order, you must make your check payable to: “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”. You must submit all fees in the exact amount. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

NOTE: USCIS filing fees and biometrics service fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action USCIS takes on your application or petition, or if you withdraw your petition.

Once USCIS receives your application or petition you will receive:

• Form I-797C, Notice of Action confirming receipt of your applications and the filing fees.
• A Biometrics Service appointment at a local USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) to capture your  fingerprints, photograph and/or signature, if the Petition and the Application for Adjustment of Status are filed together;
• If required, USCIS may issue a Request for Evidence (RFE) to request missing initial or additional evidence.
• If required, a Notice to appear for an interview with an Immigration Officer at your nearest USCIS Office.
• A Notice of decision or Approval Notice by mail,  if your application is approved.
• Your new Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), if your application is approved.
