You can complete your forms anytime and anywhere, avoid making small errors or omissions that could result in the rejection, denial or delay of your case, and save hundreds or even thousands of Dollars on Attorney's fee.

You can access and update information previously submitted by logging into the Signature account you created, selecting My Account and editing the data fields therein.

You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.

You are responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and password that you use to access our Services. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. Please immediately notify Signature of any unauthorized use of your account.

To find the Form Preparation Service you saved or started; you first want to login to your account https://www.immigrationforms.app/login. By default, you will be directed to your “Customer Panel”. From there you can click on “My Forms” where you can complete your forms, check the status of your order, track delivery and view your payment history.

There is no need to enter any Credit Card information to create an account and have access to all Resources and information in your account’s customer panel, or access to preliminary questionnaires to find out if you meet the minimum form requirements in order to complete the Form Preparation Service selected. Access to create an account is free. After you complete the Preliminary Questionnaire you will have the option to continue with the selected Form Preparation Service and at that point you will be required to pay using a Credit Card for your purchase.

Signature’s fees for Form Preparation Services, Legal Plan Memberships fee, and Independent Attorney discounted rates DO NOT include USCIS filing fees, biometrics service fees, or any other fees to be paid to the government. Any fee intended for the government is a separate fee and MUST be paid by the Client directly to USCIS.

To remove ImmigrationForms.app from your iOS device, please follow the steps below:

1. Press and hold the ImmigrationForms.app icon on your device.
2. Select the “X” when it appears on the top right corner of the icon.

ImmigrationForms.app should now be removed from your device.

At the moment you can complete your immigration forms in English and Spanish.

Giving access to your camera will enable you to upload images such as evidence, correspondence and profile photos.

Allowing permission to accept “Notifications” from Signature may include may include alerts, reminders and deadlines notifications that may be helpful in managing, preparing and delivering your forms. Notifications may also include information on changes in government fees, forms, processing times, and laws that may affect your case.

USCIS has unfavorable policies, such as rejecting certain applications and petitions for trivial omissions, and denying some applications or petitions without first giving Applicants the opportunity to provide additional evidence or information.

The Preliminary Questionnaires on our websites and mobile app are created based on current USCIS government forms, questions and instructions. Clients’ answers to the questionnaires DO NOT mean and/or guarantee eligibility or ineligibility for any immigration benefits, as the questionnaires alone are NOT intended to make that determination.

Signature CANNOT and DOES NOT provide any guarantees of outcomes for immigration benefits.

The Client is responsible to mail the completed and signed forms, supporting documents and filing fees directly to USCIS. Signature DOES NOT do that for the Clients.

The immigration forms we prepare, and the instructions for the forms, are available for free at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website.

Our Immigration Professionals are qualified to provide non-legal immigration services as required by the State of California.

Client access to, and use of, any of Signature’s websites and our mobile app, including all purchases for Services, is subject to, and constitutes, the Client’s agreement to abide by Signature’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Legal Services provided by independent Immigration Attorneys are subject to a separate Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Limited Scope of Representation Agreements.

The protection of your private information is Signature's priority. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage of the products, services, software, platforms, applications, websites, emails, newsletters, and pages or ads on social media networks (collectively, "Services") provided by Signature Immigration Forms, Inc., also referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Signature”, “we”, “our” or “us”. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy and to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then you should stop accessing the Services.
1. Collection of Your Personal Information

Signature may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number(s) and additional biographical information. If you use or purchase any of our Services, your information may be shared with some of our third-party service providers, only to the extent necessary for them to assist with completing the Service; these providers are not authorized to use the information for any other purpose. For example, if you purchase any of our Form Preparation Services, your billing information will be shared with our third-party payment processor in order to process your payment. In that case, our third-party service provider is the one managing and storing the data in their secure vault system using multiple encryption tools to protect the information, and the provider’s Privacy Policy will govern.
The information that we collect and store often depends on the type of Service that you use. For example, when you create an account with Signature, we collect and maintain your account information, such as first and last name, password, email address, telephone number(s), and other contact information.
If you purchase one or more U.S. Immigration Government Form Preparation Services, we or one of our third-party service providers may collect and store the information you enter in the course of generating or editing the respective U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) form(s) (which may vary depending on the Service you have purchased). Such information may include sensitive information like: date of birth, social security number, alien registration number, passport information, national origin and citizenship, race, ethnicity, marital status, sex, criminal record information, address and employment history, etc. In addition, if necessary, one of our Immigration Professionals may contact you to collect additional information or obtain clarification regarding the information submitted after your purchase. If we contact you, or if you contact our Customer Service Department, we may record the phone conversation or retain the email string or chat transcript for quality assurance purposes. If you use our eSignServices we, or one of our third-party service providers, may collect and store information about your name, email address, and electronic signature. Signature may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your postal code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
Signature reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, entity or company that we may deem necessary. Signature does NOT allow its Services to be used for activities relating to or promoting racism, pornography, sex or human trafficking, segregation, religious hatred, violence or any illegal activities, including immigration fraud. Signature will delete any account that violates these terms.
Use of any kind of item containing a registered trademark without the explicit authorization of its respective brand owner is strictly forbidden. This includes any type of trademark items, such as logos, names, pictures containing products, and so on.
Signature reserves the right to suspend any accounts that have been marked as "suspicious" for abuse by Signature or third-party affiliates we are working with. This suspension will be in effect for an indefinite period of time. Signature will permanently delete all accounts that have been deemed inactive for one year or longer. A new account must be created in order to proceed with Signature’s Services.
2. Data Usage

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Signature and our third-party service providers. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, country, domain name(s), access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. In addition, when you access our websites and apps, or use our Services on a mobile device, we may collect information, such as the type of device, unique device ID, wireless subscriber, operating system, and information about your use of our Services. Signature may also collect geo-location information based on visitors' IP addresses. This information is used by Signature and our third-party service providers for the operation of the Service, to maintain quality of the Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services. In our efforts to better understand how users use the website and to improve our Services, Signature may also collect information about your use of our websites and apps, such as pages visited, links clicked, text entered, and cursor movements.
3. Use of Your Personal Information

Signature collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve our Services and deliver the Services you have requested. Signature may also use your information to verify your identity, for fraud prevention, to enforce the Terms and Conditions and to protect the integrity of the Service, our websites and apps. Signature may also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Signature that may interest you. Signature may also contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services, or of potential new services that may be offered. Signature may also use your information, including personal information, to respond to questions you may have regarding use of our Services, or to provide customer and technical support.
Signature DOES NOT sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
In addition, Signature may share data with vendors or processors to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, perform tasks required to complete a purchase transaction, provide customer support, or provide other types of customer relationship management and fulfillment. Signature may also share information on your use of our website and mobile apps, such as pages visited, links clicked, non-sensitive text entered, and cursor movements, with third-party providers of web and application analytic services in order to enable Signature to understand website and apps usage, detect fraud and potential threats, and improve its Services. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these Services, and they are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Additionally, if you access our Services through a third party, and in the course of doing so you provide information to them, the third party may retain and use the information you provide pursuant to their privacy policy. In such cases, the third party's use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy and not Signature's Privacy Policy.
4. Communications with Attorneys

In order to ensure delivery of Services and for quality assurance purposes, Signature will have access to certain communications with Independent Attorneys which are transmitted through Signature’s Legal Plans. If you select one of Signature’s Legal Plans, you agree and consent to permit Signature to share your personal and case information related to the selected Service with DreamVista Advocates, PC (“DVA”), the independent Immigration Law Firm providing Legal Services exclusively to Signature Clients. Signature collects and stores your name, email address and information regarding your legal matter or questions for quality assurance purposes, but we DO NOT monitor communications between you and your Independent Attorney that occur outside of our Services. Signature may however access certain limited communications ONLY to the extent necessary to provide complete and quality Services during the normal course of conducting business. Signature absolutely DOES NOT interfere with or control the content of legal advice DVA and Independent Attorneys provide to Clients in any way. Although we believe such communications should be subject to the Attorney-Client privilege, whether any particular communication is privileged is a fact-specific analysis and depends on the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. As a result, if you choose to communicate with an Independent DVA Attorney through our Legal Plan, please note that depending on the laws in the applicable jurisdiction, any such communications between you and a participating Attorney may not necessarily be protected by the Attorney-Client privilege doctrine.
5. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like many websites, Signature's websites use "cookies" to help personalize and improve your online experience. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a web server. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and provide a way for the websites to recognize and keep track of your preferences.
Cookies help web browsers navigate through our websites. Cookies make it more efficient to log in and access your account. If you create an account with Signature, a cookie helps us recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recalling your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to our websites, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the features of our Services.
Signature may share information about your use of our websites with our social media, advertising and analytics partners, who may combine it with other information that you have provided to them or that they have collected from your use of their services.
Signature’s websites may use other technologies including: web beacons, tags and scripts, clear gifts, software development kits (or SDKs) and beyond. We may track and store data about how you visit and use Signature’s Services, particularly through our websites and apps. The items we log include: IP address, location, operating system, browser, browser language, URLs of any pages you visit on our websites and apps, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and other usage information. We may combine this data with other information we collect about you. If your browser does not accept our cookies, you cannot access certain parts of our websites. Because the “Do Not Track” browser-based standard signal has yet to gain widespread acceptance, we do not currently respond to those signals.

6. Tracking by Partners and Affiliates

Signature may use third parties such as Google Analytics for data collection in order to analyze data on our users’ purchase and usage behaviors. This helps us make business and marketing decisions. These parties are limited to using personal information to provide support for our Services. Signature may also target these users with custom ads based on affinities/interests, and geographic and demographic signals.
Users can opt out of these advertising features by visiting Google's opt-out page or resources like the Networking Advertising Initiative consumer opt-out page. Signature may use email addresses to target users with custom ads through third-party advertising platforms. Signature may share customer information with third parties to perform services such as advertising on our behalf.
7. Signature’s Mobile App

This provision of Signature’s Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or use our mobile application (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application, which may also collect and use data about you. We are NOT responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party. We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

7.1 Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including liking, re-blogging, or replying to a post, as well as other interactions with the Application and other users via server log files.

7.2 Facebook Permissions
The Application may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. For more information regarding Facebook permissions, refer to the Facebook Permissions Reference page.

7.3 Data from Social Networks
User information from social networking websites, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. This information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join the Application.

7.4 Social Media Contacts
If you connect to the Application through a social network, your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity.

7.5 Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

7.6 Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, photos, microphone, etc. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

7.7 Mobile Device Data
We may collect device information such as your mobile device ID number, model and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.

7.8 Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt out of receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

7.9 Third-Party Data
Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Application permission to access this information.

7.10 Data From Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys
Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.

7.11 Online Postings
When you post comments, contributions or other content to the Applications, your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the Application in perpetuity.

7.12 Third-Party Advertisers
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Application. These companies may use information about your visits to the Application, and other websites that are contained in web cookies, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

7.13 Internet-Based Advertising
Additionally, we may use third-party software to serve ads on the Application, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us. 8. Third Party Links

Signature may maintain links to other entities, websites, resources, government agencies, vendors and advertisers and other websites may maintain links to Signature’s websites. These third parties are NOT managed, controlled or operated by Signature or Signature’s Services. We do NOT control (and are NOT responsible for) third-party content or privacy practices. Any personal data you provide to them is NOT covered by this Privacy Policy.
9. Social Media Widgets

Signature’s website includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, and such as the “Share this” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our website. These features may collect your IP address or which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
10. Required by Law

Signature may disclose your personal information when: we believe it is required to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect us or our users' rights, property or safety; to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Services; we believe that an emergency involving the danger of death, serious physical injury or bodily harm to any person requires or justifies disclosure of personal information.
11. Sale or Bankruptcy

Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, or sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of Signature's business assets. In such an event, you may not have the right to opt out of any such transfer.
12. How Users Can Access, Update and Delete Their Information

You can access and update information previously submitted by logging into your Signature account, selecting "My Account" and editing the data fields there.
13. For California Residents

Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) afforded California residents (i) the right to request disclosure of data collection and sales practices in connection with the requesting consumer; (ii) the right to have the requesting consumer’s information deleted, subject to certain exceptions; (iii) the right to request that their personal information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and (iv) the right not to be discriminated against because they exercised any of the new rights.
California residents may submit a personal information or erasure request via email to privacy@immigrationforms.app. Signature will need to collect information from the requesting party to verify their identity, and will respond within 45 days of receiving a personal information request (subject to an additional 45-day extension in certain circumstances).
Please be aware that such a request does NOT ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your content or information, and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.
14. Security and Retention of Your Personal Information

YOU are responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and password that you use to access our Services. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. Please immediately notify Signature of any unauthorized use of your account.
Signature uses industry standard security measures to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Signature regularly reviews its security measures to consider appropriate new technologies and methods. Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and Signature cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent our computer systems or software from being illegally accessed and the data on them stolen or altered, and we assume NO liability or responsibility to you or to any third party arising out of any loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration of your information. In addition, please take into account that the Internet and email transmissions are not perfectly secure nor error-free means of communication. You should always take great care in handling and disclosing your personal information. Signature will retain your personal information for as long as it may be necessary to provide your Service and as needed to comply with any legal obligations. Unless you delete the account yourself by logging into your Signature account, selecting "My Account" and requesting deletion of the account, we may hold any of your Personal Information which may be used to provide future Services for up to 3 years.
Signature’s websites and Services are provided from and within the United States; however, please be aware that your personal data may be accessed by Signature’s agents, partners, or third-party service providers that may be located overseas, and you hereby consent to such access, sharing or transfer by providing us with your information.
15. Policy Regarding Children

Signature's websites, apps and Services are NOT intended to be used by persons under 18 years of age. Therefore, use by children and any person under 18 years of age is prohibited by our Terms and Conditions, UNLESS the Service purchased is intended for a person under 18 years of age and the account is created and managed by an adult. We DO NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information or account as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Signature may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time, and will always post the most up-to-date version on our websites. If we make a significant or material change in the way we collect, use or share your personal information, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. We will do this via email or prominent notice within Signature’s Services. If you object to any change, you can stop using our Services. After we post any changes on this policy, your continued use of Signature’s Services is subject to the updated Privacy Policy.
17. International Transfers

Signature’s websites and applications are hosted in, and our Services are provided from, the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information is collected in your country and then transferred to the United States. If your data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we implement the following safeguards: we may use a service provider in the United States that is Privacy Shield certified, and we take steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by E.U. (European Union) Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your personal data. You can reference a copy of these clauses. In certain situations, the courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those countries may be entitled to access your personal information.
18. Testimonials and Reviews

Signature displays personal testimonials by customers received through email surveys. We will request your specific consent in the participation and publication of the survey. If you wish to update or delete your review or testimonial, you can contact us at privacy@immigrationforms.app.
19. Emails, Text Messages and Other Means of Communication

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, text messages, or other communications from Signature, you may opt out by:

• Deleting your account;
• Unsubscribing if you receive an email from Signature;
• Opting out of text alerts any time by replying “STOP”; or
• Contacting us directly by using the contact information provided below.

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, YOU are responsible for contacting the third party directly. 20. Contact Information

If you choose to use certain Signature Immigration Forms, Inc, (“Signature”) digital products and or services, including immigrationforms.app or formulariosdeinmigracion.com (the “Site(s)”), Signature’s mobile sites and applications you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States. In these Terms and Conditions, the words “you” and “your” and “user” refer to each client, customer, Site visitor, or Application user; “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Signature Immigration Forms, Inc. and “Services” refers to all services provided by us.

It is YOUR responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. If at any time you find these Terms unacceptable OR if you do not agree to these Terms, please DO NOT use this Site or any Applications. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and notice of updates will be provided to you on the Site and Applications. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE, ANY APPLICATIONS, AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED, YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

These Terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than litigation involving jury trials or class actions, and also limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute. Please also refer to Signature’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Signature provides an online portal to provide visitors step by step and simplified guidance and support to individuals who choose to prepare their own immigration forms. The Site also includes questionnaires and tools for uploading documents, gathering evidence and translation services. Signature is NOT a law firm and will NOT perform services performed by an Attorney. At NO time is an Attorney-Client relationship fostered or created with Signature. Signature Preparation Service options, and the forms or templates, are NOT substitutes for legal advice or services of an Attorney.

Signature is a privately owned company. Signature is NOT endorsed by, or affiliated with, USCIS, DHS, or any U.S. government entity.

Signature strives to keep all information, forms and documents accurate, current and up-to-date, especially when the law swiftly changes. Please be advised that the law is different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and may be subject to interpretation by different courts. The law varies on a case-by-case basis, and no general information or set of rules can fit every circumstance. Furthermore, the legal information contained on the Site(s) and Applications is not legal advice and is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or up-to-date. If you need legal advice for your specific problem, or if your specific problem is too complex to be addressed by our standard tools or Services, we encourage you to consider a Membership to one of our Legal Plans in order to consult with a licensed and experienced Immigration Attorney through our exclusive partnership with DreamVista Advocates, P.C. (“DreamVista”). By selecting one of Signature’s Legal Plan options, you acknowledge and agree to receive Services under the terms of the agreement between Signature and DreamVista.

1. Privacy Policy
Signature respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. A complete statement of Signature's current Privacy Policy can be found by clicking here. Signature's Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Signature requires you to create a safe and secure account in order to protect your personal and confidential information. When you create an account to use or access certain portions of the Site, Applications, or the Services, you MUST provide complete and accurate information as requested on the Create an Account page. You will also be asked to provide a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may NOT use a third party's account, username or password at any time. You agree to notify Signature immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, username or password. Signature is NOT liable for any losses you incur as a result of another individual's use of your account or password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Signature, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and representatives as a result of someone else's use of your account or password.
In connection with the use of Signature’s products or Services, you may be asked to provide personal information on a questionnaire, application, form or similar document or service. This information will be protected pursuant to our Privacy Policy.

2. Ownership
This Site and Applications are owned and operated by Signature Immigration Forms, Inc. ALL right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site and Applications including, but not limited to, information, trademarks, domains, documents, logos, graphics, sounds and images (the “Materials”) are owned by Signature. Except as otherwise expressly provided by Signature, NONE of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted or distributed in any way.

3. Limited Permission to Download and Use Protected Materials
Signature hereby grants you permission to download, view the Materials on any single, stand-alone computer, tablet, and/or mobile phone solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use provided that (i) where provided, the copyright and trademark notices appearing on any Materials not be altered or removed, (ii) the Materials are not used on any other website or in a networked computer environment, and (iii) the Materials are not modified in any way, except for authorized editing of downloadable forms for personal use. The same applies to any and all printed materials including, but not limited, to instruction booklets, newsletters, articles, questionnaires, and marketing materials. This permission terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of our Terms and Conditions. On any such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Any unauthorized use of any Materials contained on this Site or Applications may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

4. Links to Third-Party Sites
This Site and Applications may contain links to websites controlled by parties other than Signature (each a “Third-Party Site”). Signature may work with a number of partners and affiliates whose sites are linked to Signature. Signature may also provide links to other sites or resources with whom it is not affiliated. Signature is NOT responsible for and does NOT endorse or accept any responsibility for the availability, contents, products, services or use of any Third-Party Site, any website accessed from a Third-Party Site or any changes or updates to such sites. Signature makes NO guarantees about the content or quality of the products or services provided by such sites. Signature is NOT responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Third-Party Site. Signature is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does NOT imply endorsement by Signature of the Third-Party Site, nor does it imply that Signature sponsors, is affiliated or associated with, guarantees, or is legally authorized to use any trade name, registered trademark, logo, legal or official seal, or copyrighted symbol that may be reflected in the links. You acknowledge that you bear all risks associated with access to and use of content provided on a Third-Party Site and agree that Signature is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of any sort that you may incur from dealing with a third party. 5. Use of Signature Legal Forms
On our Site(s), through our Applications, we offer Preparation Services. If you download our Mobile Application or use our Sites or Services, these Terms and Conditions control. You understand that each form and any applicable instructions or guidance is not customized to your particular needs.
License to Use
Signature grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use our forms (the “Forms and Services”) for your own personal, individual and internal use only. Signature’s Forms and Services are NOT intended for professional or notario use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have NO right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Forms and Services in any manner, except for updating your information while filling out the Forms under your authorized use. You shall NOT remove any copyright notices.
Resale of Forms and Services Prohibited
By ordering Services, you agree that the Forms and Services you purchase or download may ONLY be used by you for your personal or individual use and may NOT be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of Signature.

6. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully.
Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by calling our Customer Care Center at (213) 441-0400. In the unlikely event that Signature’s Customer Care Center is unable to resolve your concern or complaint to your satisfaction (or if Signature has not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after attempting to do so informally), we each agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than a court, and is subject to very limited review by a court. Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. For any claims that require arbitration, BOTH Signature AND client agree to share the costs of arbitration. Please note that any arbitration award resulting from the arbitration SHALL NOT exceed the original total purchase price of the services selected.
You may download a copy of the form to initiate arbitration from the American Arbitration Association (“the AAA”) website at https://www.adr.org.

7. Testimonials, Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
At various locations on the Site or through Applications, Signature may permit visitors to post testimonials, reviews, comments, questions, answers, and other content (the “User Content”). Contributions to, access to and use of the User Content is subject to this paragraph and these Terms and Conditions.
Rights and Responsibilities of Signature
Signature is NOT the publisher or author of the User Content. Signature takes NO responsibility and assumes NO liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Although we cannot make an absolute guarantee of system security, Signature takes reasonable steps to maintain appropriate safeguards and security measures. If you have reason to believe the system security has been breached, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If Signature's Technical Staff finds that account usage or files belonging to a client pose a threat to the proper technical operation of the system or to the security of other clients, Signature reserves the right to delete those accounts or files or to stop those processes. If Signature’s Technical Staff suspects that a username is being used by someone who is not the authorized user, Signature may temporarily disable that user's access in order to preserve system security. In all such cases, Signature will contact the appropriate client as soon as feasible.
Signature has the right (but not the obligation), in our sole and absolute discretion, to edit, redact, remove, re-categorize, transfer to a more appropriate location or otherwise change any User Content.
Rights and Responsibilities of Signature Users of User Content
You are legally and ethically responsible for ANY User Content, including personal information, writings, documents, pictures or any and all other information or documents used in the preparation of your immigration forms. The consequences resulting from your nondisclosure or failure to disclose truthful and essential information in the preparation of your forms fall 100% on you and are your responsibility. In posting User Content, you agree that you will not submit any content:

• that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• that infringes on anyone’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. Please see Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws below;
• that violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, or false advertising). Please see Compliance with Export Restrictions below;
• that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, or advocates or encourages illegal conduct harmful to any individual, partnership or corporation. Please see Inappropriate Content below;
• that includes advertisements, spam, or content for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
• that includes information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information;
• that contains any computer virus, worms, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files;
• that otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.

You have the right to remove or delete any of your personal information and content at any time.
By submitting your contact information (email address, mailing address, phone numbers), you agree that Signature may use this information to contact you about the status of your case and other administrative purposes.

8. NO WARRANTY. NO GUARANTEE
THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, AND ALL MATERIALS, DOCUMENTS OR FORMS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SIGNATURE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS OR OUTCOMES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNATURE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
SIGNATURE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, OR THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, OR THE MATERIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE BASIS; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, OR ANY MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE OR APPLICATIONS, WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, OR IN RELIANCE ON THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
OBTAINING ANY MATERIALS THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE OR APPLICATIONS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. SIGNATURE SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD SIGNATURE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIM FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF SIGNATURE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF SIGNATURE, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Unsolicited Submissions
Except as may be required in connection with your use of Signature Services, Signature does not want you to submit confidential or proprietary information to us through this Site or any Applications. All comments, feedback, information or material submitted to Signature through or in association with this Site shall be considered non-confidential and Signature's property. By providing such submissions to Signature, you hereby assign to Signature, at no charge, all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the submissions and any intellectual property rights associated therewith. Signature shall be free to use and/or disseminate such submissions on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the submissions that you provide, including their legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and content.

11. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws
When accessing Signature or using Signature’s legal document preparation Service, you agree to obey the law and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your use of the Service and the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright, trademark and other intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third-party's copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property, and you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringements of third- party rights caused by any content you provide or transmit, or that is provided or transmitted while using your Signature user account.
When accessing Signature or using Signature’s legal document preparation Service, you agree to obey the law and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your use of the Service and the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright, trademark and other intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third-party's copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property, and you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringements of third- party rights caused by any content you provide or transmit, or that is provided or transmitted while using your Signature user account.

12. Inappropriate Content
When accessing the Site, any Applications, or using Signature's Services, you agree NOT to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that: (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or threatening; (b) advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or foreign law or regulation; or (c) advertises or otherwise solicits funds, or is a solicitation for goods or services. Signature reserves the right to terminate or delete such material from its servers. Signature will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms, or of any applicable laws.

13. Compliance with Export Restrictions
You may NOT access, download, use or export the Site, Applications, or the Materials in violation of United States export laws or regulations, or in violation of any other applicable laws or regulations. You agree to comply with all export laws, restrictions and regulations of any United States or foreign agency or authority and to assume sole responsibility for obtaining licenses to export or re-export as may be required. You acknowledge and agree that the Materials are subject to the United States Export Administration Laws and Regulations and agree that none of the Materials, or any direct product therefrom, is being or will be acquired for, shipped, transferred or re-exported, directly or indirectly, to proscribed or embargoed countries or their nationals, or used for any prohibited purpose.

14. Personal Use
The Site is made available for your personal use on your own behalf.

15. Children
Minors are NOT permitted to directly use the Site or Applications without supervision or support of an adult. Minors SHOULD NOT directly or personally submit any personal information to Signature without adult supervision.

16. Non-English-Speaking Customers
Certain Materials on the Site or Applications including, but not limited to, questionnaires, documents, instructions, and filings, are only available in English. Non-English translations of these Terms, as well as other terms, conditions, and policies, are provided for convenience only. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between translations, the English version is authoritative and controls.

17. Customers Needing Extra Assistance
Signature aims to provide full access to its Site and Services regardless of disability. If you are unable to read any part of the Site, or otherwise have difficulties using the Site, please call (213) 441-0400 and a member of our Customer Care Center will assist you.

18. Severability
Severability refers to a provision in a contract which states that if parts of the Agreement are held to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement should still apply. In the event any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Agreement, will be inoperative. Any provisions of this Agreement which are prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.

19. Errors and Omissions
Inadvertent delays, errors or omissions made in connection with this Agreement or any transaction hereunder shall not relieve either party from any liability which would have attached had such delay, error or omission not occurred, provided always that such error or omission is rectified as soon as possible after discovery.

20. Governing Law; Venue
Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site, an Application, or Materials, is governed by the Arbitration Agreement contained in paragraph 6 of these Terms and Conditions. Any legal action or proceeding related to access to or use of Signature’s services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

All Site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, are Copyright© protected property of Signature Immigration Forms, Inc. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

22. Trademarks
Signature, ImmigrationForms.app, Formasdeinigracion.com, the bi-colored logo, all images and text, and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of Signature. All other trademarks, product names, company names or logos of third parties cited herein are the property of their respective owners.

23. Attorney Access Services; Use of The Term “Experience”
The term “experience” or “experienced,” as used on the Site, Applications, and in other communications in reference to independent attorneys participating in Signature's services via Legal Plans or other attorney access services means that the attorney providing legal support fulfills the following requirements: (a) possesses a minimum of five years’ experience practicing law, (b) maintains errors and omissions insurance policies consistent with industry standards, (c) is in good standing with the state bar in each jurisdiction in which the attorney is licensed to practice, (d) has no pending malpractice lawsuit, as of the date of joining Signature's Legal Plan services, and (e) has no public record of discipline by a state bar within the last five years. The term “experience” or “experienced” is not intended to be a comparison to any other attorney's services or qualifications.

24. Use of Testimonials and Media Endorsements
The media hosts on the Site endorse Signature as paid spokespeople in our advertising and marketing campaigns. You hereby grant Signature permission and limited license to use and reproduce your testimonial(s) (“Testimonial”) and or endorsement(s) (“Endorsement”) in whole or in part on its websites and mobile app or third-party hosted websites (“Site(s)”), social media sites administered by Signature (“Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs”) or in other official Signature printed publications without further consideration. You agree and grant permission to Signature to retouch, edit, or summarize a Testimonial or Endorsement for display, or otherwise create derivative works from Testimonials for display. Signature shall use such Testimonial or Endorsement only for Share Your Story communication purposes. You represent that your Testimonial or Endorsement is your original work. Your Testimonial or Endorsement may be used by Signature to provide basic content for a nationally based advertisement campaign. A Testimonial or Endorsement may be rejected or approved for posting on Signature websites. Further, a Testimonial or Endorsement may be removed from Sites at any time and for any reason at Signature’s sole discretion. You acknowledge that Signature may elect not to use your Testimonial or Endorsement at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
You grant Signature the option to contact you for Signature advertisement campaigns. You also agree to provide Signature with your full name, address and phone number for Signature’s internal use only. Only your first name and geographic location (city, state) shall be posted with your Testimonial on the Sites.

25. Inquiries
BY USING SIGNATURE'S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE SIGNATURE SITE OR APPLICATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT SUBMITTING YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER TO SIGNATURE VIA THE SIGNATURE SITE OR APPLICATIONS CONSTITUTES AN INQUIRY TO SIGNATURE, AND THAT SIGNATURE MAY CONTACT YOU AT THE NUMBER SUBMITTED (TAKING INTO ACCOUNT INQUIRY EXCEPTION TIME FRAMES AS APPROPRIATE).

26. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests MUST be made within, and no later than, 72 hours from the date of purchase and MUST be made expressly in writing to info@immigrationforms.app. After the 72-hour cancellation window, Client’s account will be charged for the full amount of the Services completed, as agreed upon under the Agreement between the Parties.

27. Refund Policy
Client is entitled to a full refund IF and ONLY IF Client cancels within the designated cancellation window of 72 hours from the date of purchase, and only before any Services have been commenced or completed. If Client wishes to cancel AFTER 72 hours, Client will NOT receive a full refund; any amount of refund due to Client will depend on and be limited to any unearned fees for work not yet completed by Signature. Signature warrants that following the completion of Services, such professional Services were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.
If the Services are delayed due to reasons beyond Signature’s control or due to Client’s internal processes, Signature will not be responsible for any issues that arise or costs incurred by this delay. Any resulting fees or damages will be Client’s sole responsibility, unless another agreement in writing has been made between the Parties.
We reserve the right to change or update this Refund Policy as necessary at any time. Notifications of any and all changes or updates to this Policy will be posted on the Site.

28. Right to Refuse
You acknowledge that Signature reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time.

29. Acknowledgement
BY USING SIGNATURE'S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE SIGNATURE SITE OR APPLICATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
